Hot dogs will be provided. Other cuts of meat will not be turned away. Show off your amazing barbecuing ability, while we provide the rest. The BBQ is an excellent way to obtain sustenance, take a much needed break and/or shoot the breeze with fascinating and intelligent like-minded gamers. Topics of conversation extra. Auction       Once again, PolyCon will hold our last day game auction. The auction is planned to occur around Two on Sunday. In addition to our auction items, you may consign your own merchandise subject to the following rules: We cannot guarantee sale. If your item does not sell we will not refund the consignment fee. Items will be accepted up to an hour before the auction. A $0.50 consignment fee will be charged for all items brought to the auction. This fee is nonrefundable. You must fill out a form including information such as your name, condition of the item and minimum bid. The auction is cash only ? no credit cards or personal checks. Buyer beware. All items sold as is. Bids will be in dollar increments unless announced otherwise by the auctioneer. Dealers, etc.       PolyCon XVIII will feature a dealers alley, an artists' gallery, video room and screenings of Japanese animation provided by Minna No Anime (Cal Poly Anime Club). The Dealer's Alley will include, as usual, Eric Lane of Flying Buffalo, John Gafney purveyor of previously played games, Lee of Games People Play, Tom Jolly of Jolly Games (Designer of Diskwars, Wizwar, etc), DLD Productions, Aerie Farie, and Dragon Gems. Other dealers pending. A video room will be provided for those who need to relax and unwind. This is in addition to the fine anime provided by Minna No Anime. And yes, we will still have Gauntlet (and this year Magic Sword) for those who like to kill time in style.
