King Aldorn brought the land of Tolarin from depression and poverty to wealth and power. During his unprecedented 50 year rule, King Aldorn has won the hearts and loyalties of his people, and the respect of all the races of the lands.       Now, at the age of 71, King Aldorn's health is failing. In a final gesture of gratitude, he has gathered the adventurers who have recently assisted him and the country for a final gathering and for the naming of the new king of Tolarin.       Speculation and guesses run rampant through the land as the people try to anticipate which of the king's twin sons will be allowed to rule the land. Will it be the scholarly Prince Kaltas or the athletic Prince Royval? The king has been completely silent on this issue.       This is only one small part of the large sweeping story of PolyXVI's LARP, the gaming event which runs for nearly a solid two days.       This year the LARP is being created by Jefrey Watts (with assistance from other PolyCon staffers) to provide one of the most intriguing, multi-faceted stories that this convention has seen.       The time has come for the land of Tolarin to have a new king. Who will it be? What is in store for the people of Tolarin?
