GenCon will also be attending and will have a table in the open gaming room.

Please contact Joe Parzanese through or snail mail at PolyCon c/o Joe Parzanese, 1340 Phillips #14, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 if you are a dealer and you have any questions at all or are interested in attending our convention.

PolyCon has a rather unique way of housing dealers. Instead of one gigantic room with set hours filled with dealers, we have one hallway with each dealer in his / her own individual room. Each room comes with two small desks, two small dressers and two small tables and is aproximately a little larger than 12 x 12. Each room also has two closets, two sets of small shelves attached to the walls, and a window. We also provide dealers with keys to their Dealer Room. Thus, we give deales the oportunity to not have a dealer booth, but to set up an entire storefront all their own. Since there is not one Dealer's Room, dealers can set up whatever hours they choose and be open for as long or as little as they want. Want to play in a quick game? Close the store for a bit and come back later. Since each dealer has their own room, they can move whatever furniture, decorations, signage that they want into it. Over the years there has been banners in the hallway outside, white boards announcing store hours, and even christmas lights and other decorations inside the dealer room.

Also since we are a small convention, we cap our dealers at about 10. We have roughly 10 usable rooms in the alley. The cost of the dealer rooms this year will be $100. Convention hours start at 12:00 noon on Friday and run until 3:00 PM Monday. However, you can set up anytime on Friday starting at 10:00 AM. We do ask that you be set up no later than sometime Saturday morning. Each dealer room entitles you to two badges. For more prices see our Price List.

Dealer Rooms are given out on sort of a first come first served basis, although returning dealers do get priority. Returning dealers will be first in the Dealer Alley, followed by new dealers afterwards on a first come first served basis. Since we do have a limited space available, it is often best to get a dealer room as far in advance as possible. Checks should be made out to PolyCon Committee and sent to PolyCon c/o Joe Parzanese at 1340 Phillips #14, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. Please contact Joe Parzanese for availability on Dealer's Rooms.

Finally, in order to accomodate our out of state dealers and industry representatives, if you are arriving the day of the convention and departing the last day of the convention, we will send a PolyCon staff member to the airport to pick you up and drop you off. For small enough parties, we might even send the Mercedes or the Convertible :)
