Exhibitors' Hall
Exhibitor registration is OPEN! and our Alley this year contains:
The Exhibitor Ballroom will be open:
Dealer booths are $120 and this gives you a dealer area in our
exhibitor's hall with three tables and two passes to the convention.
Please contact Joe Parzanese through or snail mail at
PolyCon c/o Joe Parzanese, 1340 Phillips #16, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 if
you are a dealer and you have any questions at all or are
interested in attending our convention.
Dealer Booths are given out on sort of a first come first served basis,
although returning dealers do get priority. Returning dealers will be
given first choice in the Dealer Ballroom in order of years of attendance,
followed by new dealers afterwards on a first come first served basis.
Since we do have a limited space available, it is often best to get a
dealer room as far in advance as possible. Checks should be made out to
PolyCon Committee and sent to PolyCon c/o Joe Parzanese at 1340 Phillips
#16, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. Please contact Joe Parzanese for
availability on Dealer's Rooms.
Finally, in order to accomodate our out of state dealers and industry
representatives, if you are arriving the day of the convention and
departing the last day of the convention, we will send a PolyCon staff
member to the airport to pick you up and drop you off. For small enough
parties, we might even send the Mercedes or the Convertible :)
Studio Replicas/Earl Cisco will be making an appearance for the third
time at PolyCon to assist in the costume judging and present awesome
prizes.
Our 2009 exhibit will consist of Ghostbuster props and costumes for the
upcoming release of the new Ghostbusters video game, Star Trek props and
costumes for the upcoming release of Star Trek the movie, and props from
the popular sci-fi channel tv series Battlestar Galactica, along with
special appearance costumes by Earl Cisco/Studio Replicas, who will be in
attendance to assist those sleep deprived individuals stay awake. Be sure
to work on your theme costume or any new costume that you may have, and
join in on the costume contest!
