Registration
Registration is
available through PayPal or onsite for $35.
Pre registration is closed! But you can still register for the
convention upon your arrival. The price for a badge will be $35 at the
door, $20 for a single day pass.
Gamemasters and Volunteers
Twelve hours of volunteer time in such duties as front desk,
hospitality, etc. gets you a badge to the convention. Additionally if you
GM one four hour game, you get $10 refunded from your registration price.
GM eight hours of games, get a $20 refund of your registration. GM 12
hours of games, receive a badge to the convention. You may combine
volunteer time (desk shifts) with GM time, thus you may work the
front desk for 4 hours and run 8 hours of games and thus qualify for
a full refund of your admission fee. Two hour games are worth a $5
refund to the convention. There are no two hour volunteer shifts.
Contact PolyCon if you are interested in being staff or GM'ing any event.
You must register still for PolyCon and after running your events and / or
working your volunteer shifts, on Sunday morning you will receive your
refunds prior to the auction.
Dorm Reservation
Conference Services is reviewing our final contract and we are now
ready to reserve your
rooms. The dorm we will be renting is across the street and up one building
from the UU where we will be holding our convention: Here are the costs:
These are dorm rooms with shared bathroom facilities. Bathrooms will be
marked women/men/family depending upon response. If you need a first
floor room or need special accommodation, let me know. PolyCon will have
your keys at the PolyCon Front Desk at the UU on Friday of PolyCon. Room
keys SHOULD be available from ConStaff upon your arrival, should you
arrive early. Because of how close the convention is now we can only accept payment
at this time through PayPal. | ||||||||
